After long time i am posting gujarat user speed capping solution..!!
Lets try,.!!
1. Activate vbc plan
2. Switch off mobile for 30 minutes
3. Now your dual mode on 3g press ok gsm mode in night 10.00 pm
4. Now early morning your phone start dual sim mode
5. Second time activate vbc plan
and i am getting speed around 314 kbps my phone.,!!
