First download any uc web handler from here
Then create new settings with following details:-
Connection name=
Apn=
Hp=
Proxy=
Port =
And then go to uc handler menu.Then change
Backquery=>
?m.nimbuzz.com/
This trick is 100%working..
Tested in Rajasthan.
Also Working in JK,AP,HP,W.B,KARNATAKA etc..,
