→ FACEBOOK STEPS FORWARD WITH ANDROID PLATFORM – FEATURING NEW HOME SCREEN-20 JUNE 2013

Facebook has been trying newer things to upgrade itself in the market. The most recent update from Facebook on switching over to Android might look interesting but they prefer using their own way rather than going with the Android’s built in tool.
Facebook is on the look-out for a complete dominance by replacingall the apps in Android. But, this is confined to the rules set by Google.
The reports even stated that Facebook wants to replace both camera app and the messaging app with its own app. Facebook has joined hands with HTC at an event with the idea of bringing in Facebook functionality into Android’s operating system.
This Idea was long proposed and is now set to be implemented by Facebook.
This new version of the Android OS will have a Facebook flavour in it. The common apps belonging to Facebook will be seen in this latest Android phone. This brings in a lot of excitement for the users and also the Facebook owner as it can take the company’s revenue to new heights.
There are few things which Facebook could use to play safe. One of those things is to reveal its GO-launcher than justgoing for the modification. They are working on a basic home screen replacement. There maybe notions that Facebook does not havethe experience which a firm needs to develop its own devices but not many would know the fact of Facebook’s development with VoIP.
Facebook has been trying enough to have its own handset but it could not do much on that. But, the dream of having a home screen of its own if kept alive by providing an easier usage options can definitely lead to a much better experiencefor the user and the firm. The better advice for Facebook would be to create a better user experience instead of building its own device.
