HOW TO USE IN XAMPP
+ Only For Sms
127.0.0.1/sms.php?uid=9812345678&pwd=123456
+ Only For Poll
127.0.0.1/poll.php?uid=9812345678&pwd=123456+ For Both Sms+Poll

[Its Get too much time ]
127.0.0.1/index.php?uid=9812345678&pwd=123456
* NOTE : Replace 9812345678 with ur Ultoo username and 123456 with ur Ultoo Password.
U Can use Multiple Accounts by separate no with dots(.)
Ex:9812345678.9512345665
U Can Also Use @ Cron jobs....
Only One Disadvantage of this script is its not submitted poll questions....... [i am working to solve this prolem ]
