2 )Open Operamini Handller
and do the following settingS

Secondary server:
These are already fixed in Operamini6.1 Handller.So no need to change.
3)Now Use Proxy server Select
HTTP
4)Proxy server:
5)Save and Press ok.Enjoy Free Gprs with High speed.
