First of all I like to say this tricks work with2g and 3g
as your mobile 3g enable use it 3g. otherwise use it 2g.....

3g speed 200-250 and 2g speed 20-30 kbps.
*Now your mobile settings
create a new connection.

*Now UC Handler

Frontquery=
use UC 6.7 handler,you can use other versions..
but I suggest UC6.7 handler.
its dowloading capability very good........
